Shipping Information
At SEYLAH, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our general shipping guide. Specific details may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.
Processing Time
All custom pieces require a processing period of approximately 30–60 days from the date of purchase. Once completed, orders will be shipped within 3–7 working days.
Pre-orders for out-of-stock items are processed according to the next scheduled restock. As a general guideline, orders may be expected mid to late the following month in which the order is placed, depending on the active restock cycle.
Please note that the Set Apart Necklace and Remembrance Bracelet are exceptions and are expected to process until mid to late the following month in which the order was placed.
All in-stock items are processed within 3–7 working days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp Message. If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please reach out to us.
Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. Once your package is handed over to the courier, delivery time is unfortunately out of our control—but we’re always happy to help with updates.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. SEYLAH cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’ll review your request and send return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method (you choose).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will replace it at no extra cost.
