At SEYLAH, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our general shipping guide. Specific details may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Delivery – Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days

PUDO Locker to Locker – Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days

Local Pickup – Local pickup is available by prior arrangement only.
Pickup location: 361 Tolstoi Street, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria.
Please contact our WhatsApp number to confirm the pickup date and time before placing your order.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us.
Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. Once your package is handed over to the courier, delivery time is unfortunately out of our control—but we’re always happy to help with updates.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. SEYLAH cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us immediately at seylahjewellery@gmail.com so we can assist you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your SEYLAH piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges:
– Available within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
– For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds:
– Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Damaged / Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace it.
Non-Returnable Items:
– Earrings
– Sale items
– Custom or personalised pieces
