SEYLAH Spring Giveaway Official Terms & Conditions
PROMOTER
The promoter of this promotional competition is SEYLAH Jewellery ("SEYLAH", "the Promoter").
COMPETITION PERIOD
The SEYLAH Spring Giveaway ("the Competition") will run from 2 June 2026 at 00:00 SAST and close on 31 August 2026 at 23:59 SAST.
No entries received after the closing date will be considered.
ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older.
HOW TO ENTER
To receive one (1) entry into the Competition, participants must:
• Follow @seylah.jewellery on Instagram
• Join the SEYLAH Fellowship WhatsApp Group (click link here)
• Share any SEYLAH Instagram post to your Instagram Story and tag @seylah.jewellery
Participants must complete all three requirements to qualify for their initial entry.
BONUS ENTRIES
Participants may earn additional entries through purchases made on the SEYLAH website during the Competition Period.
• Every R50 spent earns one (1) additional entry.
• Entry calculations are based on the product subtotal of qualifying orders.
• Shipping fees do not count towards entry calculations.
• Entries may be accumulated across multiple qualifying orders during the Competition Period.
PRIZE
One winner will receive SEYLAH jewellery to the value of R1,000.
The prize:
• Is not transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be substituted unless SEYLAH Jewellery determines it necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
SEYLAH Jewellery reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place on or before 10 September 2026.
WINNER VERIFICATION
Before the prize is awarded, the selected winner must be able to demonstrate that they:
• Follow @seylah.jewellery on Instagram
• Are a member of the official SEYLAH Fellowship WhatsApp Group
• Complied with all Competition requirements
If the selected winner cannot be verified, is unreachable, or is found not to comply with these Terms & Conditions, SEYLAH Jewellery reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner may be announced on SEYLAH Jewellery's social media platforms, WhatsApp Group, and other marketing channels.
By entering the Competition, participants consent to SEYLAH Jewellery announcing their first name and surname should they be selected as the winner.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner must respond to SEYLAH Jewellry within 7 days of being contacted.
Should the winner fail to respond within this period, SEYLAH Jewellery reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
GENERAL
SEYLAH Jewellery reserves the right to:
• Amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary
• Cancel, suspend, or terminate the Competition should circumstances beyond its control arise
• Disqualify any participant found to be acting fraudulently or in violation of these Terms & Conditions
SEYLAH Jewellery's decision regarding all aspects of the Competition shall be final.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of personal information solely for the administration of the Competition and related communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in the Competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
