At SEYLAH, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Email us at Seylahjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
We’ll review your request and send return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method (you choose).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will replace it at no extra cost.

At SEYLAH, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our general shipping guide. Specific details may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.
Processing Time
All custom and pre-orders are processed until middle March, 2026.
In-stock items are processed within 3-5 working days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Delivery – Estimated delivery after processing: 5-7 working days
PUDO Locker to Locker – Estimated delivery after processing: 5-7 working days
Local Pickup after processing – Hemels Cafe, Lynwood Rd, Pretoria
Note: Exact delivery times depend on the courier service used.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please reach out to us.
Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. Once your package is handed over to the courier, delivery time is unfortunately out of our control—but we’re always happy to help with updates.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. SEYLAH cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
